Tech BPO (Private) Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Lahore. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, managing project deliveries, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be a key player in our efforts to expand the business and ensure client satisfaction through effective project management and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Client and Project Management

  • Evaluate potential international clients and oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring their successful execution.
  • Foster and maintain positive client relationships by thoroughly understanding and addressing their needs and expectations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with international clients to discuss project status, identify new opportunities, and provide updates on project timelines.

Business Development and Strategy

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing clients through exceptional service and project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technological advancements and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and offer valuable insights to clients.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to identify and target new business development opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project cycle to ensure client satisfaction and address any challenges promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion and delivery.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and project reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Track the progress of business development initiatives and client engagement strategies.

Key Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing/business development, ideally within the civil or construction industry. Fresh graduates with exceptional English communication skills are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in market research, marketing trends, and CRM software for client management and engagement.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure, work independently, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
