Bin Bakar Electronics is seeking a Creative Media Trainee to support and elevate our digital design efforts, with an emphasis on web development, UI/UX design, and social media content. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, web design, and digital media management. As a trainee in the media department, you’ll work closely with our creative team to craft user-friendly and engaging content that aligns with our branding and digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX and Web Design:
- Design and maintain visually appealing UI/UX for Bin Bakar Electronics’ website.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure responsive web design that is compatible with various devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate effectively with developers to implement design concepts into the website.
Product Design:
- Design engaging product graphics and packaging that align with the company’s brand and market positioning.
- Innovate new design concepts for products to enhance customer engagement and increase appeal.
Social Media and Graphics Management:
- Develop visually compelling graphics, promotional banners, and social media posts.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the company’s branding and target audience.
- Schedule and manage social media posts to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support ad campaigns with creative visual assets.
General Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with different teams (marketing, product, development) to meet deadlines and fulfill project requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to ensure innovative and cutting-edge designs.
- Analyze web and social media performance metrics and make recommendations for content improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Web Design, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a similar creative role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
- Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly creative thinker with a solid problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Rs35,000.00 – Rs45,000.00 per month.
