Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Engagement Officer, you will:
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with their inquiries and service applications.
- Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Support clients in completing forms and applications with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve client concerns and issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system, updating client records accordingly.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely processing and follow-up of client applications.
- Stay updated on policies, procedures, and service information to effectively assist clients.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail in daily tasks.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and approachable manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Knowledge of service processes and documentation requirements is a plus.
- Professional attitude, with excellent attention to detail.
