HR Ways is recruiting for Innovent Tech, a leading provider of innovative AutoID, RFID, and locating solutions. Innovent Tech specializes in deploying advanced technologies across logistics and manufacturing environments. We are looking for a Solutions Architect who will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and a high standard of system performance, scalability, and security.

As a Solutions Architect at Innovent Tech, you will guide the technical vision and lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across cloud and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with product management, design, development, and operations teams to create technical solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure architecture solutions for cloud (SaaS/PaaS) and on-premise environments.
  • Develop technology roadmaps to achieve both short-term project goals and long-term business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership on system design, architecture, and integration.
  • Implement best DevOps practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks based on industry standards and best practices.
  • Oversee the design and architecture of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
  • Contribute to system scalability, performance, and security by making informed architectural decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineers and DevOps teams to execute deployment strategies for cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and on-premise servers.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and suggest their integration to optimize system performance.
  • Create detailed architectural documentation to guide the development teams and ensure consistent implementation of best practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with 2-4 years of experience in solution architecture.
  • Proven experience designing and architecting SaaS/PaaS solutions and managing cloud deployments (AWS, Azure) and on-premise systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) database architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple technology stacks such as MERN/MEAN, .NET, Java, and Python.
  • A deep understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, containerization, and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automated testing).
  • The ability to balance business requirements with technical best practices and make sound architectural decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with architecture design tools and frameworks (UML, TOGAF, AWS Architecture Framework).
  • A proactive attitude toward continuous learning and staying current with evolving technologies.
