As a Customer Support Representative at G&M Salon Apparel, you will be integral to ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service through every interaction. Responsibilities
In your role as Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding Promptly: Address customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with professional and empathetic responses.
- Maintaining Records: Accurately record customer interactions, tracking any issues, solutions, and other relevant information for future reference.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other teams to ensure that customers experience a seamless service from start to finish.
- Customer Satisfaction: Strive to resolve any issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of satisfaction with every interaction.
- Proactive Assistance: Assist customers with troubleshooting and offer practical solutions in a friendly and patient manner.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- English Proficiency: Must be proficient in both written and verbal English.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong Communication Skills: Must have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and respond promptly in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Requirements:
- A personally owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent).
- A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 15mbps for both upload and download.
