As a Marketing Manager at Spantik Textiles, you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating sales of 10,000 to 15,000 garments per month. This full-time, on-site role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic marketing efforts of an established textiles manufacturer while earning a salary plus performance-based commission.


Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Development: Actively identify new sales opportunities and generate business by reaching targets of 10,000 to 15,000 garment sales per month.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to expand brand awareness, increase sales, and engage target audiences.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Sales Projections and Reports: Monitor and analyze market trends, customer demands, and sales performance to set accurate monthly goals and report results.
  • Advertising & Promotions: Coordinate promotional campaigns, advertising efforts, and product launches to stimulate interest and drive sales.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular market research to identify competitor strategies, consumer needs, and new opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, production, and management teams to align marketing initiatives with overall company goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in marketing, business development, or sales management, preferably in the textiles or garment industry.
  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
