Key Responsibilities

As an Outbound Sales Agent, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outbound calls and emails to prospective B2B clients in the UK, effectively explaining our value proposition, and identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring our solutions to meet their specific objectives.
  • Collaborating with the sales team, admin, and warehouse teams to develop targeted sales strategies and achieve company sales targets.
  • Utilizing CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate accurate sales reports.
  • Staying updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to recognize new business opportunities.
  • Preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in line with company policies.
  • Following up with both existing and potential clients to provide superior customer service and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to understand customer needs, challenges, and potential business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients, engage decision-makers, and influence purchasing decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK B2B market, including key trends, business culture, and competitor activities.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on value-based selling and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing leads, tracking sales, and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in dynamic environments with frequent product cycles, promotions, and new launches.
  • An A-levels or bachelor’s degree is a plus but not essential.
