DynamIT Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team on a remote basis. Responsibilities
- Develop, Test, and Deploy scalable web applications and software solutions.
- Design and Implement APIs for web and mobile applications to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues with software applications in a timely and efficient manner to maintain smooth user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers to develop high-quality software.
- Optimize Web Applications for performance, scalability, and a positive user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to high-quality coding standards.
- Mentor and Guide Junior Developers, offering technical leadership and fostering professional growth.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and development best practices.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, and deployment.
- Ensure software solutions follow industry standards, security practices, and quality assurance protocols.
- Lead and engage in technical discussions and decision-making during project development.
- Provide support and make updates to existing applications, enhancing functionality and addressing any bugs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in full stack development or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and back-end web development concepts.
- Proficiency in frameworks and technologies such as:
- .NET Core, Web API, MVC, Entity Framework
- Front-End frameworks like Ionic, Angular, or React
- SQL Server, MS Azure
- HTML/CSS
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Experience using Git for version control.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship abilities.
