This entry-level role focuses on customer acquisition and retention within the Canadian consumer sector. As part of this dynamic team, you will use various outbound strategies including cold and warm calls, email marketing, and social media outreach, supported by LAG’s resources and leads. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients within the Canadian market.
- Outbound Marketing: Execute outbound strategies, including cold calls, warm calls, social media outreach, and email marketing to engage potential customers.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly acquisition and retention targets, contributing to team success.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications & Expertise
- English Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective customer interaction.
- Customer Account Management: Prior experience in managing customer accounts is preferred but not required. A willingness to learn and grow is key.
- Sales Skills: Natural ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with customers.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced and supportive team environment to achieve common goals.
- Adaptability: Strong adaptability to evolving strategies, tools, and customer needs.

- Base Salary: PKR 50,000/month
- Uncapped Commission: Significant earning potential beyond the base target, with an average of 120,000 PKR/month after the first 3 months.
