Tech Implement is urgently seeking a Solution Architect to join its dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative and scalable solutions that address business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to translate business requirements into effective technical strategies, ensuring system performance, security, and seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design & Implementation: Design and develop scalable, reliable, and efficient technical solutions to meet business goals.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems, infrastructure, and applications.
- Performance & Security Management: Oversee solution performance, focusing on security and compliance with internal and industry standards.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation of architectural solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest improvements based on performance data and feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Systems Architect, or in a similar technical leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud technologies, integration platforms, and modern software solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, mentor, and guide technical teams effectively.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Excellent Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
