Infinity Overseas Consultants is seeking a dynamic and motivated Student Consultant to join our team in Lahore. In this full-time, on-site role, the Student Consultant will provide essential guidance and assistance to students applying for study abroad programs. You will play a crucial role in the admission process by advising students, providing necessary information, and offering comprehensive support through each stage of their application journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Advising & Counseling: Offer personalized guidance to students seeking to study abroad, understanding their academic and personal interests to help them choose the right course and institution.
- Visa Process Assistance: Provide students with in-depth knowledge of the study visa process and ensure their applications meet the required criteria.
- Support Throughout the Admission Process: Assist students throughout the entire application process, including filling out forms, gathering documentation, and ensuring submission deadlines are met.
- Preparation of SOPs (Statement of Purpose): Write and review detailed and well-crafted SOPs to enhance students’ applications.
- Consultation & Information Delivery: Conduct one-on-one sessions with students and families to deliver accurate information about various international study programs and universities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure all students’ needs are met and their applications are processed efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Prior experience in student counseling or consultancy is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong advising, counseling, and consultation abilities.
- Knowledge of international study visa processes and study abroad opportunities.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for effective student interaction.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple applications and tasks at once.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to write high-quality and detailed SOPs.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Other Requirements:
- Strong teamwork ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
