Key Responsibilities
Relationship Building
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
- Regularly communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and challenges, offering customized solutions that align with their business goals.
Business Growth
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Drive the sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing business deals.
- Engage with senior leadership and internal teams to craft tailored proposals and business solutions.
Market Research and Strategy
- Research and analyze industry trends, competitor landscapes, and current market conditions to identify high-potential business prospects.
- Develop targeted market strategies based on research, ensuring a steady pipeline of leads and sales opportunities.
Sales Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and ensure timely follow-up on sales inquiries.
Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and product teams to refine and adapt service offerings to meet client needs.
- Support the wider team by providing insights into customer feedback and market trends to enhance product strategies.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and successfully closing new business deals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions clearly.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and a passion for finding creative solutions to meet client needs.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital marketing, IT solutions, or software services is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads and customer data.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
