We are looking for an exceptional Vice President of Engineering to lead our engineering division, ensuring our product ecosystem thrives through cutting-edge AI integration, automation, and technological innovation. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Define the roadmap for innovative features, ensuring the delivery of scalable, user-focused solutions.
  • Spearhead initiatives for AI, machine learning, and automation in product development.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the development of web applications, APIs, and data platforms from design to deployment.
  • Drive architecture design with a focus on scalability, security, and sustainability.
  • Conduct market research to ensure products meet user and industry demands.

Automation & AI:

  • Strategize and implement company-wide automation initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
  • Lead AI-driven projects, including advanced analytics and data visualization tools.
  • Drive the integration of generative AI and machine learning to enhance operational efficiency.

Technical Excellence:

  • Establish and uphold high technical standards, coding practices, and best architectural designs.
  • Promote continuous improvement in product performance, usability, and user experience.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering and data science teams.
  • Develop professional growth programs to cultivate talent and foster collaboration.
  • Create a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Communicate progress, roadmaps, and technical challenges effectively to stakeholders.

Technical Requirements

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong experience with scalable platforms using MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and NestJS.
  • Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases and optimization techniques.
  • Expertise in cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), serverless technologies, and microservices.
  • Proven experience with AI models, machine learning frameworks, and data analytics tools.
  • Skilled in automation, utilizing big data technologies like Apache Spark or Kafka.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cybersecurity best practices.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering innovative solutions in dynamic, high-growth settings.
  • Proven ability to scale and manage cross-functional teams.
