NSOL BPO is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office-Based Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, office-based role with a focus on administrative, communication, and customer service support. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of tasks such as cold calling, email management, lead generation, and more. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail, along with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
As an Office-Based Virtual Assistant, you will be expected to:
- Engage in Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients, introduce our services, and generate leads through cold calls.
- Email Communication: Draft and manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.
- CRM Software Management: Efficiently use CRM tools to track communications, manage leads, and streamline administrative processes.
- Digital File Management: Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring easy access and systematic storage for team members.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage and schedule appointments for the team, ensuring calendars are up-to-date and accurately maintained.
- Lead Generation: Initiate lead generation activities, identifying potential opportunities and building a strong prospect list.
- Social Media Administration: Assist in managing and posting across social media channels, ensuring engaging content and timely responses to queries.
- Data Aggregation: Collect, aggregate, and structure data for statistical evaluation and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Expertise in scheduling, calendar management, and multi-tasking to manage a range of tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and cloud-based platforms like Google Docs, Skype, and other team communication tools.
- Marketing and Communication Knowledge: A basic understanding of marketing, advertising, and public relations principles.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
