As an online marketplace specializing in a wide range of eyewear, including eyeglasses, sunglasses, and both cosmetic/colored and transparent contact lenses, we are committed to providing top-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a Registered Pharmacist to join our passionate team and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring seamless service and product delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Dispensing and Aftercare: Assist in the dispensing and dispatching of contact lenses and lens aftercare products in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Use Quickbooks Software to manage and monitor inventory, ensuring there is no shortage of any key items.
  • Customer Assistance: Ensure that current customers receive the right products and services while addressing any issues, questions, or concerns.
  • Customer Service and Resolution: Respond to customer queries in a timely manner, resolve complaints by identifying problems, offering solutions, and reporting back to management with recommended actions.
  • Product Consultation: Advise customers on the material, specifications, price, and use of products, encouraging both new and repeat business.
  • Sales Support: Offer product alternatives to customers when stock is unavailable and actively work towards closing sales.
  • Seminars and Product Education: Plan and host bi-yearly seminars showcasing new products and educating customers on eyewear solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Explore new channels to generate leads and meet potential clients to increase brand visibility and awareness.
  • Data Protection: Safeguard all confidential data including customer lists and product statistics to maintain privacy and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Order Assistance: Help manage tasks associated with online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Valid Pharmacy degree and registration with the relevant pharmacy board.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail pharmacy, preferably in eyewear or contact lenses, is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to use Quickbooks Software for inventory management.
    • Knowledge of eyewear products, materials, and customer consultations.
    • Sales orientation and ability to close sales effectively.
    • Proficient in problem-solving and handling customer complaints.
    • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Personality Traits: Self-motivated, friendly, approachable, and passionate about helping customers.
