Market Research Analyst

Silverlight Co. is looking for a dedicated Market Research Analyst to join our remote team. This is a contract-based, commission-driven role, perfect for individuals eager to grow in the research and recruitment field. If you’re passionate about sourcing expert profiles and driving client projects, this role provides an excellent opportunity to earn based on performance while working remotely.

Responsibilities

As a Market Research Analyst at Silverlight Co., you will be responsible for:

• Sending professional emails via Zoho to experts and clients
• Messaging potential candidates on LinkedIn to engage and source profiles
• Reviewing and sourcing expert profiles to meet client project needs
• Managing expert submissions and ensuring timely completion of required tasks

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• 0-2 years of lead generation, recruitment, or relevant experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Updated LinkedIn account with at least 200+ connections
• Availability to focus on the role full-time (not currently a full-time employee or student)
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently

Compensation & Benefits

This is a commission-based role with the following compensation structure:

• Credits: Earn $80 per credit, which is achieved when an expert completes the entire process (sourcing, screening, submission, and client call completion).
• Submissions: Earn $3 for every expert submission.

Example Earnings:

• 10 credits = 10 × $80 = $800
• 30 expert submissions = 30 × $3 = $90

Total potential earnings: $890 for 10 credits and 30 submissions. Earnings will vary based on your performance.
