Goodwork is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Associate (Sales & Partnerships) to join our remote team. As part of a Canadian-based holding company, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic growth across our portfolio of businesses in recruiting, video production, and eCommerce. Responsibilities

As a Growth Associate, your primary focus will be on sales and partnerships, engaging with clients and prospects to foster relationships and grow the business. You will:

  • Sales Copy & Communication: Craft personalized sales copy and responses using cold email templates, ghostwriting in founders’ voices, and creating engaging Loom videos.
  • Multi-Channel Prospecting: Research and identify qualified prospects and potential partners through LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools. Build targeted sales lists and discover partnership opportunities.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in online communities (Slack, LinkedIn, X) relevant to business owners and potential clients. Build authentic relationships and share valuable insights.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage leads across different stages, creating customized approaches for each prospect. Track conversion metrics and optimize outreach.
  • Sales Operations: Maintain CRM systems and create value-adding sales enablement materials. Keep all documentation current and effective.
  • Strategic Research: Conduct market research to refine customer personas and share insights with the team.
  • Relationship Development: Convert high-potential leads into clients and develop ongoing relationships with channel partners.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, copywriting, business development, or similar fields.
  • A proven ability to craft persuasive and empathetic sales copy.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales psychology and lead conversion.
  • Advanced research and strategic prospecting skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Proficiency in multi-channel communication (email, video, calls).
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work threads.

Bonus:

  • Experience writing for B2B audiences.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN selling, etc.).
  • Entrepreneurial experience.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like SmartLeads, Apollo, GoHighLevel, Slack, Google Workspace.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: PKR 180K – 200K (USD 647 – 719)
  • Variable Pay: PKR 45K – 50K (USD 162 – 180)
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): PKR 225K – 250K (USD 808 – 898)
