Key Responsibilities
As a Backend Java Developer at micro1, your primary duties will include:
- Backend Development: Design and develop efficient, scalable server-side systems using Java and Spring Boot.
- Integration: Collaborate closely with front-end teams to integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements.
- Application Optimization: Ensure applications run smoothly and are optimized for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality.
- Software Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software solutions to enhance functionality.
- Stay Updated: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually improve development processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Java Expertise: Proven experience with Java development, including a deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Spring Boot: Solid experience with Spring Boot for building backend applications and RESTful APIs.
- Microservices Knowledge: Experience working with microservices architecture and its implementation.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Code Quality: Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
