As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of end-to-end product development. This is a dynamic role where your leadership will help shape the direction of products while working with cross-functional teams and driving innovation in a supportive remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Roadmap Development: Define, document, and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps to align product goals with overall business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define features, prioritize initiatives, and manage the product life cycle.
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze feedback from customers to refine and enhance products, ensuring product-market fit and customer satisfaction.
- Agile Leadership: Lead Agile and Scrum practices to ensure that teams can deliver high-quality products on time. Manage sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure proper team alignment and progress.
- Progress Monitoring & Adjustments: Monitor project timelines and progress, and make necessary adjustments to deliver milestones within the set deadlines.
- Clear Communication: Communicate product strategy, roadmaps, and status updates effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Innovative Thinking: Stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs, continuously incorporating new insights into the product development process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Agile Expertise: Significant experience in managing and implementing Agile frameworks and methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure that product deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Vision & Strategy Development: Expertise in defining product vision and strategic planning, ensuring that the product aligns with company goals.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to drive product development efficiently.
- Remote Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote work environment, coordinating with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Scrum Tools: Familiarity with Scrum practices and agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello to track and manage product development.
- Experience in Tech/Product Development: Prior experience managing digital products, including software and technology-driven solutions.
