We are currently looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our forward-thinking technology team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of innovative infrastructure solutions for our global clients. Key Responsibilities

  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Kubernetes Cluster Optimization: Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for application deployment, scaling, and operational efficiency.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Development: Utilize AWS services to build, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools, particularly using Python, to automate workflows and processes.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve stability and efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth collaboration. Create and maintain clear documentation for processes, procedures, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • DevOps Expertise: Extensive experience in DevOps practices and tools, with a solid understanding of automation and infrastructure as code.
  • Kubernetes Proficiency: Strong experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration, management, and scaling of applications.
  • AWS Experience: Advanced proficiency in AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS. Ability to design and manage cloud environments.
  • Programming Skills: Solid programming skills in Python for automation and scripting purposes.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience: Proven track record of long and consistent DevOps experience, with the ability to solve complex technical issues.
  • Hybrid Work: Ability to work in a hybrid environment (mix of remote work and in-office collaboration).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Kubernetes Certification is a plus.
  • Additional Cloud Platforms: Experience with other cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or Azure is advantageous.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices and methodologies, enabling you to work efficiently in a fast-paced development environment.
