Salafi Tec is looking for a motivated and experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faisalabad. As an SEO Team Lead, you will play a critical role in leading and managing a team of SEO professionals, developing effective strategies, and ensuring the continuous improvement of our online presence. Key Responsibilities

As the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • SEO Strategy Development: Leading the development and implementation of effective SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Team Management: Leading and motivating the SEO team, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and objectives are met.
  • Keyword Research & Content Optimization: Conducting thorough keyword research and working with the content team to optimize website content for relevant keywords.
  • Website Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing website performance through SEO tools, providing regular reports, and recommending optimizations.
  • Algorithm Monitoring: Monitoring search engine algorithm changes and adjusting strategies to comply with updates.
  • Link Building: Overseeing link-building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with other marketing teams, including content, web development, and digital marketing teams, to drive SEO improvements.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven SEO Experience: At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and content strategy.
  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership experience, with a strong ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • In-Depth SEO Knowledge: Expert understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess website performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and client communication.
  • SEO Tools Proficiency: Experience with leading SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or Google Analytics.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certifications (Preferred): SEO or digital marketing certifications are a plus.
