This is a full-time remote position where you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing software solutions and working closely with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
As a MERN Stack Developer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Software Design & Development:
- Develop dynamic, full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Design and implement scalable software solutions to meet business requirements and improve user experiences.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:
- Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot problems related to software performance, scalability, and integration.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Collaborate with program and network design teams to refine system architectures, application features, and improvements.
- Actively participate in code reviews, project meetings, and team discussions to ensure code quality and best practices.
- System Testing & Evaluation:
- Test and evaluate software solutions and networking systems to ensure robustness and error-free performance.
- Implement solutions that enhance system efficiency, reliability, and security.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute innovative solutions to complex technical problems, ensuring Gold Tech Technology stays ahead of trends and competitors in software development.
- Drive system optimization and improvements to meet client needs more effectively.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience in MERN stack development (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Expertise in software design, development, and testing processes.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through code.
- Experience in creating and maintaining RESTful APIs, working with web servers, databases, and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and development workflows.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Ability to work independently as well as within a remote, distributed team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams and articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience:
- Experience in developing and implementing innovative software solutions, ideally in a remote development environment.
