Key Responsibilities
- Production Management: Oversee the entire production process to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.
- Production Planning and Budgeting: Contribute to production schedules, strategies, and budgets to optimize production efficiency and profitability.
- Quality Control: Lead and implement rigorous quality control processes, ensuring finished products meet customer satisfaction and company standards.
- Safety Standards: Maintain a safe production environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in production management or related manufacturing roles.
- Skills:

- Experience in handling production planning, process optimization, and quality management.
