Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and support marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure alignment of marketing materials and communication channels with the brand’s identity.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to develop compelling marketing content.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven 8 to 10 years of on-field experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
