Citrok is seeking an experienced and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities on the Upwork platform. You will play a key part in growing the company’s revenue by engaging with potential clients, optimizing our presence on Upwork, and managing the sales pipeline. Responsibilities

As the Upwork Bidder, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough research and analysis of the Upwork platform to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Staying updated on Upwork policies, pricing structures, and best practices to continuously optimize Citrok’s presence and success on the platform.
  • Proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients on Upwork to generate new business opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of Upwork projects, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Coordinating with sales teams to prepare mutually beneficial analysis reports and insights for clients.
  • Negotiating contract terms with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
  • Communicating effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Regularly updating and utilizing CRM tools to track leads, contacts, and sales activities.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer and competitor data to improve business strategies.
  • Making presentations and delivering Citrok’s organizational introduction to prospective clients and internal executives.
  • Identifying and adding qualified prospects to the sales pipeline to maximize lead conversion.
  • Performing cold calling activities to identify and engage new clients.
  • Collaborating with the business operations team to drive the end-to-end sales process.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork, with a proven track record of securing business and achieving sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Upwork’s platform and best practices for client engagement and bidding.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Other Qualifications: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
