The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for driving sales, creating new business opportunities, and managing relationships with clients. As a Sales Executive, you will be expected to use a consultative approach to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities while managing complex negotiations and maintaining lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive at Wired Wisdom Media, your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by generating new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads using a consultative approach, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
- Negotiations: Manage complex negotiations, building strong relationships with senior-level executives to ensure successful closures.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- CRM Management: Use CRM systems effectively to track leads, sales progress, and customer communications.
- Sales Presentations: Present Wired Wisdom Media’s products and services to prospects, highlighting key benefits tailored to their needs.
- Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitors to position offerings effectively.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have the following:
- Sales Experience: 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- CRM Knowledge: Experience with CRM systems to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
- Proven Track Record: A demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales quotas in previous roles.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers and present proposals effectively.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients at various levels, including senior executives.
- Self-Starter: A proactive and results-driven individual capable of working independently and managing multiple sales opportunities.
