We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager for our Faisalabad facility, who will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operational activities, staff management, and logistics coordination.


Responsibilities
As the Assistant Operations Manager-FSD at M&P Express Logistics, your key duties will include:

  • Managing and overseeing the daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Leading and coordinating a team, providing guidance to staff to maintain high productivity standards.
  • Optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Monitoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Liaising with other departments to improve interdepartmental collaboration and resolve operational issues.
  • Managing logistics operations, including transportation, inventory, and scheduling of deliveries.
  • Assisting with the implementation of new systems or projects related to operations.
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with corporate clients and vendors.
  • Overseeing the performance and development of your team, providing feedback and coaching.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in operational management, logistics, or supply chain roles; prior experience in staff management and process optimization is essential.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
    • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and industry best practices.
    • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and leadership.
    • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
