Aegasis Labs is actively seeking a talented Sr. Angular Developer to join our innovative team in Lahore. As a Senior Frontend Angular Developer, you will be responsible for implementing advanced UI/UX and frontend functionality for our web applications. The role will require strong proficiency in Angular and related frontend technologies, with opportunities to collaborate on product development and contribute to cutting-edge web-based projects in a fast-paced environment.
Role Description
As a Senior Angular Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing dynamic web user interfaces, coding complex functionality, and collaborating with the design and development teams to ensure high performance and seamless user experiences. You will also work to maintain and improve code quality while contributing to an agile development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- UI/UX Design & Development: Design and develop visually appealing and high-performance user interfaces using Angular best practices.
- Frontend Coding: Write and maintain JavaScript, SCSS, and HTML to implement front-end functionality and ensure compatibility across all devices and browsers.
- Product Analysis: Engage in product analysis and break down complex technical and design requirements for Angular-based projects.
- Code Development & Unit Testing: Develop Angular application code and corresponding unit tests to ensure application stability and functionality.
- Consulting with Design Team: Work closely with the design team to ensure that the visual and functional aspects of the web app meet user expectations.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct performance tests and actively optimize the frontend to enhance application speed and user experience.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the applications to maintain a seamless experience.
Key Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: A minimum BS in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in frontend development, specifically with Angular, in a development role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in CSS, HTML, and building cross-browser compatible code.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferred).
- Some experience with JavaScript and unit testing for frontend applications.
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication skills and an eagerness to work collaboratively within an agile team.
- Ability to iterate quickly on UI ideas and develop interactive interfaces with minimal direction.
Key Skills
- Writing well-structured, commented and readable code.
- Proactive in addressing technical debt and ensuring efficient codebases.
- Strong experience with version control systems (such as Git).
- Ability to be a valuable contributor within an agile development team.
- Expertise in frontend algorithms and optimization.
