As a key member of the team, you will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of the company. Key Responsibilities
- Business Opportunity Identification: Identify and explore new business opportunities in target markets, expanding our reach within Fintech, ERP, AI, Finance, and Tax industries.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships that foster mutual growth.
- Strategy Development: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement growth strategies, aligning them with overall company objectives.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales goals through market research, lead generation, and negotiation of business deals, contributing directly to revenue growth.
- Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in a competitive industry.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration of business services.
- Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports, driving customer confidence in Worcent’s services.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring profitability and win-win outcomes for both parties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (discuss during the interview if the degree differs).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and relationship management (3-5 years minimum).
- Strong ability to conduct market research, strategy development, and analysis of business trends.
- Negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of the Fintech, ERP, AI, Finance, or Tax industries is a plus (discuss during the interview).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
