Abubakar Cold Storage is looking for a motivated Assistant to join our team in Kasur District, Punjab. As an assistant, you will play a key role in providing support for daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the cold storage processes. This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for candidates who have recently graduated and are eager to learn and grow in a supportive work environment.


Responsibilities:

As an Assistant at Abubakar Cold Storage, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support Daily Operations: Assist in managing the cold storage process, ensuring that inventory is organized and operations run efficiently.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide support to customers, answering inquiries and assisting with product orders or deliveries.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries, ensuring all documentation is properly organized.
  • Team Coordination: Assist senior staff with coordination tasks, contributing to project management and troubleshooting when needed.
  • Operational Assistance: Help with stock organization, managing temperature-controlled environments, and ensuring proper maintenance of storage conditions.
  • Problem-Solving: Assist with resolving any operational issues, reporting them to management, and providing suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
  • Skills:
