Quaid Ventures is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. This role is key in driving sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and building strong client relationships. As a Business Development Executive, you will focus on generating major sales through online platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, and other digital avenues. You will be at the forefront of the company, actively creating and executing effective sales strategies while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction through online platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, or any other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, potential clients, and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, promoting the company’s products and services while addressing their objectives.
  • Prepare and finalize sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal rules and guidelines.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, revenue, invoices, and client interactions.
  • Provide after-sales support and trustworthy feedback to clients to foster long-term relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople, guiding them to success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Major sales must be generated through platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, or any other online platform.
  • Proven sales track record with measurable results.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
  • Solid knowledge of the market, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, ensuring long-term relationships.
  • Strong time management and planning skills.
  • A BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
