Seven Eight Six Media Group is looking for a HubSpot Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools, ensuring seamless integration and effective marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot’s suite of tools, inbound marketing expertise, and a passion for leveraging CRM to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

CRM Management

  • Set up and manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring proper data integrity across teams.
  • Configure workflows, pipelines, and dashboards to optimize team productivity and streamline processes.

Marketing Automation

  • Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns using HubSpot tools.
  • Develop and fine-tune HubSpot automation workflows (lead nurturing, scoring, segmentation) to boost conversions and marketing efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor and refine workflows to improve engagement and overall performance.

Sales Enablement

  • Align HubSpot features with sales processes to improve sales team efficiency.
  • Create templates, sequences, and playbooks to support sales operations.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Generate detailed reports on marketing and sales performance using HubSpot’s analytics tools.
  • Track key performance metrics, offering actionable insights to improve marketing and sales strategies.

Integration and Support

  • Integrate HubSpot with other necessary tools and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HubSpot usage and collaborate with the support team to resolve problems.

Training and Support

  • Train team members on using HubSpot effectively.
  • Provide continuous support and ensure that HubSpot meets organizational needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing and CRM best practices.
  • Proficiency in configuring HubSpot tools, including workflows, sequences, and reports.
  • Hands-on experience with automation workflows for both marketing and sales processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization (preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certifications such as HubSpot Marketing Software and HubSpot CRM Certification.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with other tools, like Salesforce or Zapier, is a plus.
  • Background in digital marketing or sales operations.
