Responsibilities
As an Internship Trainee, your key duties will include:
- Tour Planning: Assisting in creating customized travel itineraries, booking accommodations, and coordinating schedules for clients.
- Logistics Management: Supporting the team in arranging transportation, tickets, and other logistics for travel groups.
- Customer Support: Addressing client inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Marketing Support: Participating in promotional activities to enhance brand visibility, including social media and content marketing.
- Research and Analysis: Staying informed about travel trends, destinations, and customer preferences to contribute to service enhancement.
- Assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate within a team setting as well as independently.
- Basic knowledge of travel industry trends, popular destinations, and travel logistics.

- A genuine passion for travel and exploring new cultures.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant degree program (e.g., Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Marketing).
