Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Specialist for Medical Equipment, your main responsibilities will include:
- Sales & Business Development: Focus on selling medical equipment related to physiotherapy and cardiology, targeting new clients such as physiotherapy clinics and multidisciplinary medical centers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, handling incoming inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Negotiations & Presentations: Manage full-cycle negotiations, from initial contact to closing deals, and prepare engaging presentations for potential clients.
- Promotion & Events: Organize and host promotional events to showcase equipment, collaborating with specialists and opinion leaders in Lahore.
- Transaction Support: Oversee the full sales process, including preparing commercial offers, managing deliveries, and handling document management and receivables.
- CRM Management: Utilize a CRM system to track sales, monitor client interactions, and report progress regularly.
- Industry Engagement: Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance the company’s presence and expand the customer base.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: Higher education degree (a medical background is preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in direct B2B sales. Prior experience in the medical equipment industry is advantageous but not required.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the physiotherapy and cardiology equipment market is a plus. Knowledge of sales theory and business communication is essential.
- Skills:
- Presentable appearance and strong business etiquette.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including business correspondence.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage customer relationships and build long-term partnerships.
- Personal Attributes:
- Strong communication skills and energy.
- Organized and results-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to understand regulatory documents and document management in a commercial structure.
- Language Skills: English proficiency (Upper Intermediate and above).
