Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Sales Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Client Management and Interaction:
- Understand client requirements and help them find the best property units based on their needs.
- Provide in-depth information about various properties and ensure that clients are fully informed.
- Carry out site visits with clients, offering clear and accurate property demonstrations.
- Follow up with clients regularly to track changes in their requirements and ensure they are satisfied.
- Sales and Deal Closure:
- Guide clients through the property selection process, answer questions, and manage objections to secure deals.
- Facilitate a seamless closing process by helping clients with all necessary steps to finalize deals.
- Ensure timely closure of sales while providing exceptional service at all stages of the transaction.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the face of Zameen.com and maintain a professional and friendly relationship with all customers.
- Maintain a proactive approach to client communication, addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets by closing deals within the designated timelines.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications and skills:
- Education:
- Degree-level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Sales Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in a sales role (Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
