We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities

The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

Sales Coordination & Order Management:

  • Manage day-to-day sales operations and ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate the activities of the sales team to meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Ensure all client transactions, inquiries, and follow-ups are documented in the CRM system for easy access and tracking.

Client and Internal Communication:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and clients, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or queries.
  • Handle client inquiries related to certification services and communicate requirements clearly.
  • Maintain consistent communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely responses and collaboration.

Sales Presentations & Reporting:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports (weekly, monthly) for management review.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful materials that enhance sales meetings and proposals.

Scheduling & Documentation:

  • Manage the sales team’s schedules and meetings to ensure effective use of time and resources.
  • Provide full support for sales documentation, contract preparation, and other related processes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales coordination or operations, preferably in the certification or inspection industry.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
    • Strong presentation skills, with experience preparing reports and proposals.
    • A proactive, customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities.
