TriVA is looking for a creative and skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team in Gojra, Punjab. Key Responsibilities
As the Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the following key areas:
Design Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, offering guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Set the overall design vision, strategy, and standards across projects.
- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and user-centric design within the team.
Design Execution:
- Oversee and manage the design process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with the product goals.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate feedback and ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions and create user-friendly interfaces.
- Produce high-quality design deliverables, including wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Performance Measurement:
- Set and track design KPIs and key metrics to measure the effectiveness of designs.
- Oversee A/B testing strategies and analyze results to improve user experience.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, making design refinements where necessary to enhance usability.
Team Management:
- Manage design resources, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, ensuring ongoing professional growth.
- Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews to help team members grow in their design careers.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Proven experience leading, managing, and mentoring design teams, with the ability to foster collaboration and creativity.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex design challenges.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of UI/UX design, including both visual and functional elements.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
