AMCON is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HVAC Sales Follow-Up Coordinator to join our team. This key position will support our sales efforts by managing customer follow-ups, assisting in the sales process, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team and clients. Responsibilities
As the HVAC Sales Follow-Up Coordinator, you will:
Administrative Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts related to HVAC products and services.
- Maintain, organize, and update sales documentation, including customer files, project records, and other necessary documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, offering detailed information about HVAC products and services.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments or site visits for the sales team with potential clients.
- Provide timely updates and responses to customers about their requests or concerns.
Sales Coordination:
- Track and follow up on sales leads, helping to manage and maintain customer databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of products and services to clients.
- Help facilitate the closing of sales deals by managing the communication flow and following up on potential leads.
Marketing Assistance:
- Assist with preparing marketing materials, product presentations, and promotional content for sales meetings and client interactions.
- Help organize trade shows, promotional events, and product showcases to market HVAC products effectively.
Qualifications
To be considered for the HVAC Sales Follow-Up Coordinator position, the ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service. Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
