Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer for Training AI Data, you will:
- Evaluate and analyze the quality of AI-generated code, providing human-readable summaries and feedback.
- Solve coding problems by writing functional, efficient, and robust code.
- Create detailed instructions and comprehensive test cases to validate code performance.
- Review and compare code options, offering insights to improve AI-generated responses.
- Work on a diverse array of projects, including chatbot improvements, full-stack application development, and more.
- Collaborate with the annotation team to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a software engineering or software development role.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Native-level fluency in Asian languages or English.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in reviewing code.
- Solid understanding of grammar, style, and technical writing principles.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with additional programming languages, such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, SQL, Ruby, Go, R, and more.
- A proven track record of contributions to the coding community or noteworthy projects.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in technical writing or AI model training is a plus.
