DEFQON Digital is seeking a creative and driven Creative Associate to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital content creation and social media engagement. As a Creative Associate, you will play a key role in brainstorming, conceptualizing, and executing digital strategies for high-profile clients, including Fortune 1000 companies and local businesses in diverse sectors such as food, fashion, real estate, and more. Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration with Clients & Teams: Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, brand identities, and target audiences, ensuring creative direction aligns with client expectations.
- Idea Generation: Develop innovative ideas for social media campaigns, content creation, and digital strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Content Development: Design content for all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Monthly Content Planning: Create and manage content calendars for assigned accounts, planning and scheduling posts to ensure consistent content flow.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Creative Direction: Lead brainstorming sessions and provide input for the overall creative strategy for multiple projects.
- Coordination: Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to bring concepts to life, ensuring project completion.
- Client Management: Serve as the liaison between the client and the creative team, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural movements to keep ideas forward-thinking and impactful.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Proposal and Pitch Development: Contribute to developing proposals and pitch presentations for potential clients.
Qualifications
- Education: A four-year degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a creative role in an agency environment (preferred but not required).
- Creative Mindset: Ability to consistently generate and deliver strong concepts for both digital and physical experiences.
- Communication Skills: Outgoing with excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Must be confident working with senior and executive-level clients.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet campaign deadlines.
- Digital Proficiency: Experience with Google Suite and relevant industry software tools for content creation and campaign management.

Working Hours
- Office Hours: Typically from 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Friday).
