We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Developer to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role focused on driving new business and establishing long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and create opportunities for business growth by utilizing platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, cold emailing, and cold calling.
- New Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities within the digital sector, expanding the client base for Half Space.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Proposal and Bid Preparation: Develop and submit compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to win projects and ensure client satisfaction.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, digital solutions, competitors, and new technologies, ensuring competitive positioning for Half Space.
Qualifications
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in sales or business development, particularly in the IT or digital sector, are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Platform Familiarity: Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing/business development websites is an advantage.
- Drive and Initiative: A results-oriented approach with a keen interest in driving sales and creating new business relationships.
