Scallence is a forward-thinking company looking to expand its team by adding a skilled Full Stack Developer. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about creating scalable, high-performance applications in a collaborative, remote work environment. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, including NestJS, FastAPI, React, and other modern web development tools, to develop applications that create lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Developer at Scallence, your core responsibilities will include:
- Design & Development: Build and maintain high-performance applications using NestJS, FastAPI, and React.
- UI/UX Development: Create visually appealing and responsive user interfaces using Material-UI (MUI) and Tailwind CSS.
- API & Real-time Communication: Develop optimized RESTful APIs and integrate WebSockets for seamless real-time data exchange.
- Database Management: Work with both relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring query efficiency and maintaining data integrity.
- CI/CD: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment processes.
- Collaboration & Code Reviews: Collaborate effectively with your remote team, utilizing Git for version control and code sharing. Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve bugs to ensure a seamless user experience for all applications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years working with NestJS, FastAPI, and React.
- Frontend Skills: Proficient in Material-UI (MUI) and Tailwind CSS for frontend design and layout development.
- Backend & API: Strong understanding of modern web development, with a focus on RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
- Databases: Expertise with relational (SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases and query optimization.
- Version Control & Collaboration: Proficient in Git and comfortable in a collaborative team environment.
- CI/CD & Deployment: Hands-on experience setting up CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous delivery.
- Problem Solving & Communication: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Docker: Familiarity with Docker for containerized application development.
- Testing Frameworks: Knowledge of testing frameworks and writing unit and integration tests.
