Key Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Technician at Lowa International, your responsibilities will include:
- Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Handling, maintaining, and troubleshooting packing machines such as Sachet Filling Machines, Cream Filling Machines, Facewash Tube Filling Machines, and Liquid Filling Machines.
- Operational Support:
- Ensure that the machinery runs efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity in the manufacturing process.
- Preventative Maintenance:
- Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on packing equipment to avoid malfunctions.
- Problem Solving:
- Quickly identify issues and offer effective solutions to minimize production disruptions.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with production teams to maintain continuous machine operation and improve performance when necessary.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for the Mechanical Technician role at Lowa International, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in cosmetics manufacturing or other related industries.
- Skills:
- Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining packing equipment.
- Familiarity with machinery in the cosmetics manufacturing industry, including filling machines and packaging equipment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
