In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth of our marketing agency by generating leads, building lasting client relationships, and closing deals. Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Acquisition: Proactively generate leads and convert them into long-term clients by understanding their business needs and aligning our services to meet them.
- Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Deal Closing: Handle sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring revenue growth for the agency.
- Agency Growth: Contribute to the agency’s expansion by expanding the client base, improving service offerings, and collaborating with the team to achieve targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business development.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Experience: At least 1 year in business development or sales, preferably within the marketing or development sector.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in relationship-building with clients and stakeholders.
- Focus: Strong drive to generate leads, onboard new clients, and achieve business development goals.
- Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and achieving sales targets with minimal supervision.
