We are seeking a talented Appointment Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting sales activities and delivering exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule appointments efficiently while coordinating with clients and internal teams.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries and schedule changes.
- Support sales activities by managing leads and follow-up schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling processes and meet deadlines.
- Handle multitasking with precision, ensuring all tasks are completed with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in appointment scheduling and customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proficiency in using scheduling tools, CRM software, or related applications (preferred but not required).
