As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and executing strategies that align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and engage potential clients, primarily in the UK and international markets, to drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to secure high-value contracts and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and opportunities for business expansion. Tailor solutions that align with client needs.
  • Negotiations & Deal Closing: Take the lead on client presentations and contract negotiations to secure deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Networking: Represent ProHomez.com at networking events, trade shows, and online forums to increase visibility and build a strong market presence.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare proposals, reports, and revenue forecasts to provide management with actionable insights into business performance.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience: Fresh graduates and students pursuing a degree are encouraged to apply, but prior experience in business development or sales is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
    • Excellent negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of closing deals.
    • Interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM software and sales tools.
    • Strong proficiency in proposal writing and generating sales reports.
