Mumara is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Lahore. We seek a talented individual with expertise in both Laravel (PHP) and React for developing and maintaining robust web-based applications. As a key member of our development team, you will work on building innovative platforms, enhancing performance, and delivering seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Laravel Development: Develop scalable and efficient web applications using the Laravel framework, ensuring best practices are followed for both coding standards and security.
  2. React Development: Expertly use React.js and Redux to build high-quality, dynamic frontend components.
  3. System Architecture: Collaborate with your team to design and implement efficient architectures that are both maintainable and scalable for new features and projects.
  4. Leadership: Provide mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow technically while promoting high standards in software development.
  5. Code Reviews: Lead code reviews to ensure the quality, performance, and consistency of the codebase.
  6. Database Design and Optimization: Design efficient databases and optimize SQL queries for performance.
  7. API Development: Create, test, and maintain robust RESTful APIs that connect the frontend with the backend systems.
  8. Testing and QA: Develop and apply thorough unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing strategies to ensure bug-free and reliable code.
  9. Performance Optimization: Detect and resolve performance issues, fine-tuning code and databases for speed and scalability.
  10. Security Measures: Integrate security protocols to safeguard data and prevent breaches.
  11. Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve bugs quickly, ensuring timely updates and fixes.
  12. Documentation: Document technical specifications, processes, and APIs to ensure clarity and maintainability.
  13. Staying Updated: Keep up with the latest developments in Laravel and React to integrate new and improved features into ongoing projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Experience:
    • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, focusing on Laravel and React frameworks.
    • Strong portfolio of projects based on Laravel/React (preferred).
    • In-depth knowledge of the Laravel PHP framework and its advanced features.
  3. Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
    • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
    • Knowledge of design patterns and software development principles.
    • Proficient in frontend technologies such as React.js, Vue.js.
    • Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
    • Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and the deployment process is advantageous.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
