Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Auditing: Plan and conduct comprehensive technical audits for the plant’s equipment and infrastructure to assess performance, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze technical performance parameters and monitor the condition of plant equipment to identify areas of improvement.
  • Recommendations for Improvements: Suggest and implement modifications and improvements in processes and machinery to enhance plant operations and output.
  • Asset Management: Maintain the technical integrity of plant assets by ensuring that maintenance is aligned with operational needs and goals.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed technical audit reports, presenting findings and improvement suggestions to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical teams, such as engineering and operations, to drive improvements and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all plant technical operations and audits align with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (B.E.).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in technical audits, engineering, or plant operations, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of plant operations and technical auditing.
    • Ability to assess and improve plant equipment performance.
    • Analytical skills to evaluate technical systems and suggest modifications.
    • Familiarity with asset management and performance optimization techniques.
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Competencies:
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
