Educate & Explore is hiring a skilled Education Counselor to join our team. This full-time on-site role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about guiding students toward higher education opportunities abroad. As an Education Counselor, you will be instrumental in helping students make informed decisions about studying overseas, while providing personalized advice and support.

Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Guide and counsel students seeking higher education opportunities abroad, ensuring they are informed about universities, programs, admission requirements, visa processes, and living arrangements.
- Career Guidance: Assist students in selecting the right educational path according to their interests, career aspirations, and academic qualifications.
- Application Process: Support students in preparing and submitting applications for universities or colleges overseas, helping them with documents, deadlines, and other application requirements.
- Research and Advice: Stay updated on the latest trends in international education and advise students on emerging opportunities, including scholarships and exchange programs.
- Marketing Support: Assist in promoting Educate & Explore’s services and programs to potential clients, boosting the organization’s outreach and visibility in the education counseling market.
- Communication: Maintain regular contact with prospective students, providing prompt responses to queries and facilitating a smooth counseling process from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Education: A graduation degree from a recognized institution is required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in education counseling, particularly in guiding students for foreign higher education.
- Skills:
- Proficient in English: Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) are essential.
- Counseling Skills: Proven ability to counsel and advise students, with a focus on understanding their needs and providing tailored advice.
- Marketing Knowledge: Ability to market educational opportunities and services effectively to prospective students.
