This senior-level position is based in Jhelum and requires an experienced healthcare professional to oversee hospital operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Director will be responsible for managing all hospital functions, including clinical oversight, financial management, compliance, and strategic planning, while providing leadership to a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities
- Hospital Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring seamless functioning across all departments.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage hospital staff to ensure optimal performance and a collaborative work environment.
- Clinical & Patient Care Oversight: Supervise clinical services and ensure that patient care is of the highest quality, adhering to best practices and safety standards.
- Financial Management: Handle the budget and financial aspects of hospital operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality care.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure the hospital complies with healthcare regulations and standards, focusing on quality control measures.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve hospital operations, patient care, and staff development.
- Patient Satisfaction & Feedback: Track and enhance patient satisfaction, addressing concerns and feedback to improve overall hospital experience.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management regarding hospital performance, budgets, patient outcomes, and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Education: MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital management or healthcare administration is required. Experience in a leadership position is highly preferred.
